Creates a back-to-school sales tax holiday.

Requires the joint legislative audit and review committee to: (1) Conduct an economic impact study of the sales and use tax exemption; and

(2) Evaluate the direct, indirect, and induced economic impacts of the exemptions and their impact on state general fund tax revenues.

Expires July 1, 2016.
