Establishes the Jennifer Paulson stalking protection order act.

Creates a stalking protection order as a remedy for victims who do not qualify for a domestic violence order of protection.

Requires the administrative office of the courts to develop a single master petition pattern form for all antiharassment and stalking protection orders issued under the act.

Requests the state supreme court gender and justice commission, in consultation with Washington coalition of sexual assault programs, Washington state coalition against domestic violence, Washington association of prosecuting attorneys, Washington association of criminal defense lawyers, and Washington association of sheriffs and police chiefs, to consider other potential solutions to reduce confusion about which type of protection order a petitioner should seek.
