Requires each school district board of directors to adopt an academic acceleration policy for high school students.

Establishes an academic acceleration incentive program to support teacher training, curriculum, technology, examination fees, and other costs associated with implementing the program.

Requires the office of the superintendent of public instruction to collect and post on the Washington state report card web site certain results from the program.
