Includes, as aggravating circumstances, an offense that involves a felony crime against persons that occurs in those areas in any building that are used in connection with court proceedings.

Requires the judges of the supreme and superior courts and the courts of appeals and the judicial officers within the county, city, district, and precinct in which the judicial officer is chosen to develop procedures for notifying the public that an assault offense occurring in any area that is used in connection with court proceedings is a class C felony offense.
