Adopts policies and programs to implement recommendations of the educational opportunity gap oversight and accountability committee relating to: (1) Disproportionality in student discipline;

(2) Educator cultural competence;

(3) Instructing English language learners;

(4) English language learner accountability;

(5) Disaggregated student data; and

(6) Recruitment and retention of educators.
