Allows, under certain circumstances, any number or combination of liquor licenses or approvals to be issued and approved for the same premises, overlapping premises, adjacent premises, or separate premises to the same licensee or to different licensees under common ownership.

Allows the liquor control board to hold all licensees at a premises jointly liable if, at a single premises with multiple licenses, the board does not connect certain violations to a single licensee.
