Requires the department of early learning to: (1) Consider the prevention of childhood obesity when adopting rules relating to physical activity, screen time, and nutritional standards for all early learning programs; and

(2) Provide parents, using early learning programs or services, with culturally relevant information pertaining to the prevention of childhood obesity.
