Revises the definition of "sex offense" for certain trafficking provisions regarding sexually explicit acts and commercial sex acts.

Addresses the proceeds of seizure and forfeiture actions under chapter 9.68A RCW (sexual exploitation of children) and under chapter 9A.88 RCW (indecent exposure--prostitution).
