Requires the community economic revitalization board and the state energy office and broadband office of the department of commerce, in collaboration with the departments of transportation and natural resources, and in consultation with agencies and organizations with expertise in energy, information networks, and transportation, to create and use digital cross-system infrastructure maps to inform and develop state priorities around economic development.
