Provides options to employees at corrections departments, public corrections entities, the department of corrections, and the department of social and health services who are members of the public employees' retirement system plan 2 or plan 3 to remain in the public employees' retirement system or become a member of the public safety employees' retirement system plan 2.

Requires the state actuary, with the assistance of the department of retirement systems, to study the change in the covered employers and members of the public safety employees' retirement system between the plan's inception and current law.
