Authorizes physical therapists to perform spinal manipulation only after being issued a spinal manipulation endorsement by the secretary of the department of health.

Prohibits a physical therapist from advertising that he or she performs chiropractic adjustment, spinal adjustment, maintenance or wellness manipulation, or chiropractic care of any kind.
