Establishes an internship training program. |
Requires the director of the department of licensing to: (1) Establish advisory committees and ad hoc advisory committees to advise him or her on testing procedures, professional standards, disciplinary activities, or other matters deemed necessary; and |
(2) Suspend the license of a person who has been certified by a lending agency and reported to the director for nonpayment or default on a federally or state-guaranteed educational loan or service-conditional scholarship. |
Authorizes the director of the department of licensing to issue a guest artist license to certain nonresidents who intend to engage in the practice of body art, body piercing, tattooing, or permanent cosmetics in this state. |
