Requires an ambulance to have: (1) A seat belt notification that includes a lighted message alarm; and

(2) Air bags that meet federal regulations in the cab of the ambulance.

Requires the Washington fire chiefs and the Washington state patrol to design a program that provides driver simulator training to emergency personnel on driving ambulances.
