Authorizes a hotel to: (1) Hold baggage or property when a guest leaves the baggage or property in the hotel after the end of the guest's contracted stay in the hotel or sends any baggage or property in advance of a stay in a hotel; and

(2) Sell the baggage or property at public auction after six months from the receipt of the baggage or property.
