Authorizes a grocery store licensee, upon approval by the liquor control board, to receive an endorsement to permit the sale of beer produced by a brewer located in Washington, Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, or Montana meeting the definition of a microbrewery contained in RCW 66.24.244 to a purchaser in certain containers.
