Authorizes a real estate appraiser, who holds a valid certification, license, or registration, to place his or her certification, license, or registration on inactive status.

Requires the director of the department of licensing to establish: (1) Rules governing inactive certifications, licenses, or registrations, and their maintenance and reactivation; and

(2) An inactive renewal fee.
