Requires the department of commerce to: (1) Provide a temporary homeless status certificate form to a homeless person who may need to provide a physical or mailing address for the purpose of obtaining or maintaining employment; and

(2) Publish and circulate the certificate form to temporary housing and homeless service providers throughout the state.

Authorizes the department of commerce to integrate the gathered information with the homeless client management information system.
