Prohibits a court from ordering either or both parents to pay support for postsecondary education of a child over eighteen years of age.

Authorizes a party to petition for modification of an existing order to pay postsecondary child support ordered without showing a substantial change of circumstances.

Prohibits the use of the child support schedule when ordering postsecondary educational support of a child.
