Requires the department of social and health services to: (1) Operate a WorkFirst reform program to provide assistance to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements of the temporary assistance for needy families program; and

(2) Partner with the department of commerce, the department of early learning, the employment security department, the office of financial management, and the state board for community and technical colleges to carry out the program.

Requires the legislative-executive WorkFirst oversight task force to oversee implementation of the WorkFirst reform program to ensure that the program is achieving its goals.

Makes an appropriation.
