Allows the distribution of marijuana tax revenues to: (1) Cities and towns to distribute to fire protection providers;

(2) Counties to be distributed to fire protection districts;

(3) Cities, towns, and counties to fund law enforcement;

(4) The Puget Sound ferry operations account for the operation and maintenance of the state ferry system; and

(5) The Tacoma Narrows toll bridge account to reduce or prevent any toll increases charged for use of the Tacoma Narrows bridge facility.
