Requires a local government that is considering a proposal to rezone private property to ensure that, before a hearing at which the rezone will be considered, written notice of the proposal is provided to the owners of the real property for which the rezone would apply.
HB 1054 by Representative Angel Regarding the allocation of one-half of one percent of original public school construction for equipment and technology purposes. Authorizes the board of directors of a school district, by properly executed resolution, to request that the superintendent of public instruction allocate certain state construction funds for the acquisition of instruction-related equipment and technology systems in the school plant facility.
