Authorizes school districts and nonpublic schools to maintain a supply of epinephrine autoinjectors at a school.

Authorizes certain school employees to file with the school district a written letter of refusal to use epinephrine autoinjectors.

Requires the office of the superintendent of public instruction to review the anaphylaxis policy guidelines and make a recommendation to the legislative education committees based on administration of autoinjectors to students without a prescription.
