Authorizes retrospective rating plan employers and groups to: (1) Assist the department of labor and industries in the processing of certain claims;

(2) Schedule medical examinations and consultations; and

(3) Schedule vocational rehabilitation assessments.

Requires the joint legislative audit and review committee's audit to include the scheduling authority granted to retrospective rating plan employers and groups.
