Requires a designated mental health professional conducting an evaluation of a person, with regard to an imminent likelihood of serious harm or imminent danger because of being gravely disabled or the likelihood of serious harm or grave disability, to consult with an examining emergency room physician regarding the physician's observations and opinions relating to the person's condition, and whether, in the view of the physician, detention is appropriate.
