Changes requirements for initial certification of teachers to include as required subject areas for coursework, the identification of commercial sexual abuse of a minor and sexual exploitation of a minor.

Requires the Washington coalition of sexual assault programs to update existing educational materials by June 1, 2014, and include in the materials, how to prevent children from being recruited into sex trafficking.
