Specifies that, when conducting an investigation of alleged abuse or neglect of a child, if a children's advocacy center is reasonably available in the area where a forensic interview is to be conducted, the department of social and health services or law enforcement agency may consider conducting the interview at the center or providing the child with information on how to connect with services at the center.
