Authorizes the department of fish and wildlife to provide compensation for commercial crop damage caused by wild bighorn sheep.

Requires the department of fish and wildlife to maintain separate lists of claims submitted for compensation for damage to commercial crops and damage to commercial livestock that have been approved for payment but not yet fully paid.
