Revises school employees' retirement system provisions to: (1) Authorize alternate early retirement to service workers; and

(2) Provide a definition for "service worker" as follows: A classified employee who performs a service for which there are no formal qualifications including paraprofessionals, nonsupervisory personnel, custodians, food service workers, security personnel, warehouse workers, and delivery personnel.
