Delays the dates in which the office of the superintendent of public instruction is required to: (1) Report to the education and higher education committees of the legislature regarding participation in dual credit programs; and

(2) Identify challenged schools in need of improvement and a subset of the schools that are the persistently lowest-achieving schools in the state.
