Requires termination of basic food benefits when a basic food recipient in a one-person household becomes an incarcerated person and requires immediate deactivation of his or her electronic benefit card provided under the Washington basic food program.

Requires the department of social and health services, when an incarcerated person is included in the assistance unit of a multiple person household, to adjust the basic food benefits of the assistance unit to exclude the incarcerated person.

Allows the records of a person confined in jail to be made available to the department of social and health services.
