Authorizes the criminal justice training commission to deny or revoke certification of a peace officer if the peace officer has: (1) A sustained finding for untruthfulness;

(2) Felony level criminal activity or gross misdemeanor activity while on duty; or

(3) Any felony criminal activity and certain gross misdemeanor crimes.
