Prohibits a person appointed for guardianship under chapter 11.88 RCW from inheriting or acquiring any property interest or receiving any benefit from a decedent ward of the guardian, if the guardian has been convicted of theft or found to have committed financial exploitation.

Requires a person to disclose a prior finding of financial exploitation, conviction, or arrest to the court before appointment to a guardianship under chapter 11.88 RCW.
