On page 132, after line 24 of the amendment, insert the following:

"The appropriation in this section is subject to the following conditions and limitations: The department of natural resources shall coordinate with the county within which the land acquisition is occurring prior to any land acquisition, pursuant to RCW 36.70A.103."

EFFECT: Requires the Department of Natural Resources when acquiring replacement trust lands to coordinate with counties pursuant to the Growth Management Act.

FISCAL IMPACT: No net change to appropriated levels.
