    On page 2, line 37, after "(6)" insert "The department shall immediately and permanently revoke a license if a child care provider is found to have violated applicable laws or rules through the review conducted pursuant to this section, and a child fatality occurs as a result of this violation in the early learning program or licensed child care facility.

     Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal reference accordingly.

EFFECT:  Requires the Department of Early Learning to revoke a license if a child care provider is found to have violated applicable laws or rules and a child fatality occurs as a result of this violation.
