    On page 2, line 36 of the striking amendment, after "Until" strike "September 1, 2019" and insert "January 1, 2017"

EFFECT:   Terminates the requirement that building owners and operators provide energy use information to prospective buyers, lenders, and lessees on January 1, 2017, rather than terminating that requirement in 2019.
