    On page 5, line 9 of the striking amendment, after "proprietor."  insert "The department shall not disclose any information under this chapter that would allow a person to ascertain the normal hours of use of a building or the type of equipment that is located in a building, or when any equipment is in operation."

EFFECT:  Prohibits the Department of Commerce from making public any information that would allow a person to ascertain the normal hours of a building's use or the type of equipment that is located in a building.
