    On page 1, line 12, after "license" insert "or a renewal of a license"

    On page 2, line 36, after "fee" insert "that exists on the effective date of this act"

EFFECT:  (1) Requires the fingerprints of an applicant for a private security guard license to be submitted for a national criminal history records check upon both the initial application for a license and a renewal of a license.

(2) Provides that the fee required for a private security guard license must remain at the same amount that is in effect as of the effective date of this act.
