     On page 1, line 20, after "check." insert "After a license has been granted, the Washington state patrol must compare fingerprints of applicants against fingerprint records available to it every two years."

    On page 2, line 36, after "fee" insert "that exists on the effective date of this section"

EFFECT:  (1) Requires the fingerprints of an applicant for a private security guard license to be compared to records available to the Washington State Patrol every two years after a private security guard license has been granted.

(2) Provides that the fee required for a private security guard license must remain at the same amount that is in effect as of the effective date of the provision.
