    On page 1, beginning on line 3 of the striking amendment, strike all of sections 1 through 6

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

    On page 8, beginning on line 11 of the striking amendment, strike all of sections 8 through 10

EFFECT:   Removes the Public Records Act exemption for body cameras.

Removes a requirement that law enforcement agencies establish policies for the use of body cameras and a prohibition on using a failure to record, maintain, or provide recordings to argue for derivative suppression of certain evidence.

Retains the task force to study and report on the use of body cameras.
