    On page 6, beginning on line 3 of the striking amendment, strike all of section 5

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

    On page 8, beginning on line 13 of the striking amendment, strike all of section 9

    Renumber the remaining section consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Removes the provision stating that law enforcement's failure to record, maintain, or provide body camera recordings may not be used to argue for suppression of witness testimony regarding the unrecorded event or any other evidence lawfully obtained.
