    On page 3, line 8 of the striking amendment, after "duties" insert "and when not in a publicly viewable location"

    On page 4, line 20 of the striking amendment, after "duties" insert "and recorded in a location where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy"

EFFECT:   Exempts from the Public Records Act only those recordings taken when not in a publicly viewable location.

Provides that law enforcement agencies may require a person not directly involved in the recorded incident to pay for the reasonable costs of redaction when the recording is taken in a location where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy.
