    On page 2, line 25, after "mountains" insert "that is contiguous with the border with Canada and"

    On page 2 line 27, after "connections" insert ". A county legislative authority may choose to seek the advice of a local health jurisdiction, as defined in RCW 70.119A.020, in determining whether to approve the operation of a group B public water system under this section"

    On page 3, line 25, after "mountains" insert "that is contiguous with the border with Canada and"

    On page 3, line 35, after "B" insert "public water"

EFFECT:  Limits the authority for a county legislative authority to approve certain Group B public water systems to counties with a population of less than 50,000 that border Canada. Authorizes the county legislative authority to seek the advice of the local health jurisdiction in determining whether to approve a Group B public water system.
