    On page 2, line 12, after "The" strike "issuer" and insert "issuer's independent pharmacy and therapeutics committee"

EFFECT:  Clarifies that the act does not prohibit an issuer's independent pharmacy and therapeutics committee (instead of the issuer itself) from removing a drug for the issuer's formulary.
