    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

    Correct the title.

EFFECT: Adds requirement that the filings intended to prove a service contract provider's net worth or stockholder's equity be prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

Strikes a provision requiring reimbursement policy rates to be filed with and approved by the Insurance Commissioner only when the service contract provider is domiciled in Washington.
