    On page 5, beginning on line 6 of the striking amendment, after "person," strike all material through "Hispanic affairs," on line 8 of the striking amendment

EFFECT:  Removes the executive directors of the Commissions on African-American Affairs, Asian Pacific American Affairs, and Hispanic Affairs from the list of persons entitled to receive body worn camera recordings without being charged for the reasonable costs of redaction of the recordings.
