EFFECT:   Removes the authority for the DSHS Long-Term Care program to increase licensing fees on assisting living and nursing home beds in FY 2017.

FISCAL IMPACT:

           Reduces General Fund - Priv/Loc by $2,544,000.

           Reduces General Fund - Federal by $1,566,000.
