    On page 86, line 3, after "planned respite beds" strike "at Yakima valley school" and insert "to be distributed by the department of social and health services to one or more residential habilitation centers"

EFFECT:   Allows the DSHS Developmental Disability Administration to distribute eight planned respite beds to one or more of the four existing Residential Habilitation Centers (RHCs) rather than limiting the eight planned respite beds to the Yakima Valley School RHC.

FISCAL IMPACT: No net change to appropriated levels.
