    On page 198, beginning on line 37, strike "February 2, 2016, at 14:22 hours" and insert "February 24, 2016, at 12:29 hours"

EFFECT:   Corrects a drafting error by replacing a reference to an incorrect version of a LEAP salary schedule document.  A corrected document is referenced to conform the schedule to appropriated amounts. 

FISCAL IMPACT: No net change to appropriated levels.
