On page 45, line 18, increase the general fund-state appropriation for fiscal year 2016 by $1,244,000

    On page 45, line 35, correct the total.

    On page 47, after line 20, insert the following:

    "(10) $1,244,000 of the general fund-state appropriation for fiscal year 2016 is provided solely for the department to provide security guards, soft body armor, and portable ballistic barrier panels, for stand-alone facilities and recruiting centers."

EFFECT:   Increases general fund-state appropriations for fiscal year 2016 for the Military Department to provide security guards, soft body armor, and portable ballistic barrier panels at stand-alone facilities and recruiting centers.

FISCAL IMPACT:

           Increases General Fund - State by $1,244,000.
