    On page 2, line 16, after "containers." insert  ""Fast food establishment” does not include the headquarters or other offices or facilities that provide management, marketing, or other support to one or more retail establishments.”

EFFECT:  Provides that a fast food establishment does not include the headquarters or other offices or facilities that provide management, marketing, or other support to retail establishments.
